Uptown still hasn’t bounced back the way a lot of us hoped. Too many empty storefronts, too many people avoiding the area after dark, and not enough urgency from the city to make it feel alive and safe again. Look at what happened at Reign. Some type of city initiative or revitalization of Uptown would be great.
